If some requested out then that is their decision. A wrong one IMO, but their's to make. However if they are sending out to all, that is a very different story, and could be seen as a strong arm move to eliminate shares that were purchased legally by us.
True that we shouldn't have been put into this position, but whatever they decide, it is their decision and no one elses. You don't need lawyer to do that.
