Think of it like an Iscoceles triangle AE+AAPU at the base angles and TCG at the vertex top angle..what's great about our situation is we are buying into AE at AAPU prices. And AC stands to gain more than everyone combined by doing the merge of AE+AAPU into TCG, as he has 60% or 30m shares...and he controls the whole triangle, so there is nobody to say no.
The merge timing is best when all the big projects are about ready, which is about now

Which leaves only the SEC(he has an SEC lawyer working for him anyway)...and I explained before that if there were problems then No R/S or symbol change would be allowed by the SEC, nor would AC put his named link on the AAPU May 9 PR..nor would his website say "COMING SOON"

America Asia Petroleum Announces Ticker Change to AAPU

CARSON CITY, Nev., May 9, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- America Asia Petroleum (OTC Pink Sheet: AAPU) announced the change of its ticker symbol from AAPM to AAPU due to the recent reverse stock split from 1:40. The decision to affect a reverse stock split was made in an effort to generate renewed interest in the company after the suspension of trading and to remove any control from those who could be possibly shorting the stock.
