It has been said that this company along with Westar Oil and several others is being controlled by Mark Anderson sued by the SEC for stock fraud: from the SEC litigation: : "boiler-room operators Paul Mason (a/k/a Louis Ronnie Sarpy), Laurence Mark Anderson (a/k/a Ron Laurence), and Kristin Luck Emery, all of Southern California , were also named as defendants" .. is this allegation true? Please reply ASAP
