BigHub = shell co, with a lot of red, which hadn't reported since 2000. Yucatan may be the owner of over 1+bill unreg BigHub shares due to agreement clause which would've kicked in in 2001-2003. 211 won't be filed (coincidentally convenient)that would disclose legit-BigHub share structure.
TELA = current shell co, with a lot of red, which couldn't keep up with the required filings (coincidentally convenient) so was delisted by the OTCbb. Last income producing venue dropped by TELA (coincidentally convenient) with the arrests of 2 employee DRs for fraud. Game Plan to acquire Storm Depot from EEGI.
EEGI = current revenue producing co, with a lot of red, which is late on 10Q/K filings (coincidentally convenient). Owns Storm Depot, a CO who has several small claims judgments against them, in addition to a tax lien by the FL Dept of Revenue and a judgment against them in favor of their last Landlord-- believe a 10k filing might have to account for some of this.
Am I mishandling these facts?
