Did I ever say Pino was "innocent"? I've said only that he and Sytner seemed to hit it off pretty well.

Suing people for defamation is usually quite pointless.

Now what would be REALLY interesting would be to see the depositions and other material collected by the SEC.

The 10K filing for BCIT? How was that balance sheet? EPS? And oops, did the Plank make a tiny little error about the zero compensation thingy? But OMG the market value! Wow! 78mm+

Oh my, I guess he was just too tied up with suing his own shareholders, _NOT_ chasing Pino (why?), and writing emails to ohbull and others to remember how much he was compensated.

Sigh....it is sooooo tough at the the top for a Plank.
