Fringe just had a look at their website and the one thing that springs out at me was at the end of every PR/news they give out the O/S (163,276,173 as of April 10), didn't see A/S.
The San Jose project seems to have all the necessary infrastructure in place and the production facility for the ore is near completion. They have proven and probable reserves of 29,3m ounces of silver and they have a 49% stake in that. They are using a silver price of $8.50 in their calculations so revenue predictions are going to be highly underestimated. (didn't see any)
As exciting but in the early stages is the Los Azules project that could turn out to be a major copper find, however that is years away from production just yet but with a geo report that would soon become 'reserves'. Xstrata has an inroad for a stake of 51% if the copper find is viable as it is on old Xstrata land.
I need to dig deeper but the management team's professional acumen seems second to none and the more I read the more I think I might get involved. I made good money before with FR.V and this looks even better, it may even become a buy out target for Xstrata.
Nice find! GLTY
