As much as I would like to believe all this great news, it does sound suspect. Every PR to date says the same exact bland thing, an oil company, a gold mining facility, a this and a that. There has not been one mention of any names of any companies involved in any deals of any nature to date.
If you or I owned property or had $200 million in crude oil, I know I would be on the phone to big oil and sell to them in a heartbeat. Why would you even consider dealing with a .0001 pinksheet that has no oil experience and go through all of the hoops involved when you could spend a week or so with lawyers and work out a sweetheart deal with big oil for a small fortune?
I recently doubled my position in hopes that things were looking up, but this press release is more of the same we've seen since CFWG days. The reasoning that they dont want to fill us with false hope doesn't wash since I dont see any difference in saying "we have signed a deal with an oil company" or "we have signed a deal with XXXXX oil company" other than to prevent verification of the facts. You see it all the time in business news when companies are negotiating, XXXX bank is trying to buy XXXX bank and so forth.
I do not believe this company is going anywhere until they put verifiable facts into the PR's as it is obvious from the volume, no one believes a word of it anymore.
