I did everything that I needed to do-- and I'm feeling pretty damned good about it-- even the wife thinks I'm a genius. Btw, I'm sure her warm thoughts about me will last until the next stupid thing that comes out of my mouth. lol!
Checked out their website - president and cfo look pretty good. Hey they are a stone throw away from me on Alden road.. maybe I should swing by there and take pictures of the building (to prove they exist! HA!)
Interestingly they have a US office in Buffalo (a huge problem - Americanos hate dealing outside of the US - the company I was with - the boss set up in Fort Lauderdale - the only way to get the big companies to even look at you).
Besides I haven't lost money in these kinds of stocks in years.. since MCF, IPZ and IW.. ah the memories..
BTW: Someone on ROB Market Call liked Tyco - since the drop off and now recovery of the stock. They own ADT. Been watching Tyco for years - for a growth play (good value now); they are a good bet.
Even NT is on my radar - though only if it dips-- below $5 would be nice..

BTW: My metals are at a ghastly high %... For energy I own PYR; SU; AE.UN; CQL; and the related RRI (what do they do??) and CPST. Plus for a bonus for reading this post -- I also own SPR.TO -- shhhhh.. but don't tell anyone..
