Not going into depth as you have, but taking your $4mm needed. I'd be a little more optomistic and hope for at least a .001 pps average for the year when the shares hit the market. That would be about 4 billion more needed and come out at about 10 which was the Captain's figures. Personally, and off the top of my head, I doubt it will be over 9 billion but that is way higher than I would like.
