I run ad-aware 6.0 really like it!!! They update about as much as my nortons AV

I have the 6.0 which shows a link "check for updates now" which, if you have that showing, should probably get you the latest files and scan engine of Ad-aware.

SM- should be running 6.181, 5.83 was replaced by this new version. Happened about a month ago. Gotta get the new version and install it to get updates now.
