You are 100% right. But penny stock players are usually very easy to intimdate. They have been scammed too much.

Who would know better than Briner? Almost everyone of the deals he has been associated with has crashed into a reverse split so he knows better than anyone how bad penny people can be ripped off.


In one year from 2500 per share to only 52 cents bid. LMAO!
