garcia, i tend to doubt that only because fox is raking in multi millions of dollars in his marketing program. i also think fox is aware of the awfull real estate market and will wait it out. heck maybe i am wrong and hope i am because any turn higher in bottom line oil and gas earnings will make the shares rise.lets not kid ourselfs garcia, if the bottom line on prvb was all oil and gas earnings we would be sitting with a 1.00 - 2.00 stock.
I believe there is naked shorting out of Vancouver and Berlin in play.....I think the matter will be addressed shortly, with legal comments......after the black smoke clears, .... look for a turnaround in the short term for PRVB..........
First of all, the realestate being sold is not like regular realestate, it's a portion of the oil/ng produced. This has been and will continue to be a great way to provide funds to develope new well fields.
My guess PRVB changed it's accounting method to reflect the on going increase in Oil/NG sales.
