(1)I have software that prevents all pop ups.
(2)I have fire walls
(3)All my email is checked both out going and in coming.
(4)Use Yahoo because it is FREE.
(5)If you do not feel your computer is not protected, then
you should not surf the web.IMHO.

OT- choad, I recommend using a "pop up killer" and here is a great spyware removal program...
