Reworks can be as simple as an afternoon of inspection and a day of installation to 2-3 days, on basic reworks. Hemi does them for between $500-$5000 per. I imagine it's not any different for WRNW.
A crew of 100 could probably rework all 119 wells in a summer/fall, considering the efficiency gained when working in quantities and numbers.
