Ok with that said, in your best estimate, how many shares do you think that are left from the 504 that us bottom feeders need to absorb?

I'm a little confused,
I thought the company announcing the completion of the funding meant that the dilution was done...they could no longer put out anymore shares for the time being? I'm obviously not understanding that correctly so any clarification would be great? TIA
