Bear flag this afternoon points to NDX 1390. Same for a H&S. Unless we get a futures pump, I think it has a good chance of playing out. S&P needs a right shoulder for an inverse H&S. That would get taken care of at 1060 SPX.

The Dow can do whatever the heck it wants. I don't really care right now. It's like a helium balloon.
