Dear Sir
American Asian Petroleum Corporation has nothing to do with Accel Energy nor is it a subsidiary of Accel Energy.
According to Mr. Anthony Chirico AAPC is a proper Corporation to sell and distribute crude oil and curde oil based products from China in the USA on his own accounts. So therefore there is beyond procurement at Accel Energy no particular relationship.
I'm an individual investor. I heard about Accel Energy through BB on http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=6653, Stock symbol was AAPM and now AAPU. American Asia Petroleum Corporation. There are some on this board associating Accel Energy with American Asia Petroleum Corporation. There is a claim when AAPM stcok was halted on March 8. 2007 it
was Anthony Chirico who responded on AAPM's behalf. Statement made " ,Anthony Chirico personally advised the SEC that AAPM had nothing to do with the so called spam situation and the company was investigating. So he is still obviously involved with AAPM". There are also claims that Anthony Chirico has a vested interest in AAPM and someone has stated they are sister companies. Obviously if any of this is true or untrue it is important for it to be cleared up. Accel's web page is quite professional and transparent and I'm looking forward to reading and learning more about Accel. Unlike that of AAPM which has very little transparency.. Please respond on what interest if any Anthony Chirico or Accel Energy has in AAPM.
