Asking questions and getting answers is one thing, getting proof is something else.
1. I's suggest you call the TA together and Kanno should let you hear the answer from the TA as to share structure. I'd insist on either that or him letting you see a recent written statement from the TA as to share structure. Also ask him why he keeps us away from the TA?
2. If they haven't received $ from the JV, what's hodling it up? When they do start to receive funds, when and how much will they be getting.
3. Where are they getting the funds to cover operations in the US.
4. What is the expected timing as far as Chinese and US activities go - which comes first and does one depend on the other.
5. What certification/testing will the US require? What is their plan for complying with those requirement?
