Stockpert sorry for not responding sooner, just getting cought up on stuff was away on vacation. Apparently there were some legal documents that were not filed which is delaying the transactions, so untill this is resolved, the pr is delayed. Not sure how soon this will take place, I have tried contacting Jeff's office but as you know he is kinda busy at this point so I have not received a response as of yet
