Buffalo, not lately that I know of. Penny was in touch with him, and I had figured we would have heard an update by now. The thing about AVSA is, they dropped the pps on low volume. Once any buying comes in, AVSA will move on peanuts. Honestly, I see no reason why 8 cents did not remain a base.
