yes, the thing about the dividend last year is that it was on a small settlement. We believe Apple could be paying much much more. Last time, Burst's lawyers mentioned they deserve something like 2% of all the revenues that Apple makes on it's Ipod..which totalled in the hundred in millions. The company has already started contacting other infringers, showing how confident they are in winning vs Apple.
