You don't have a point. There never was a contract between the Army and CDEx. No such alleged Army contract was ever modified into the Navy contract that CDEx did have at one time for a Phase I study. (And which the Navy elected NOT to award a Phase II grant for.)
Simple analysis for ya:
1. CDEx never had a contract with the Army. CDEx had a subcontract with a private company (which had a contract with the Army) - most likely one of MPs buddyboys who prolly got some nice CDEx shares for handing a tiny subcontract to CDEx as a nominal bone. This is how MalcLiar finagled the words "under the auspices of the Army" to make it SOUND as if CDEx was selected by the Army, when they were NOT. Good misleading Malcolmism at its finest!
2. CDEx did have a Phase I contract with the Navy Dahlgren center. It had nothing to do with any Army contract, was not a modification of any Army contract, and was terminated after Phase I.
Those are the FACTS. Your feeble attempts to imply that there was EVER any contract between the Army and CDEx are WRRRONG.
Yet you persist in being wrong. Some might find that admirable, butt I find it evidence of profound lack of cognition on your part.
