If such a 21 year old yuppie like me can put the pieces together and have a case against select. Dont you think a group of professional laywers could do the same?

Serf is right in saying that what does this have to do for share holders. Nothing really. Well for one it lets them get out or stay in. Its basically like haveing a BCIT situation but shareholders can decide whether or not they want to be in it for the long haul. The deal gives them a way to get out or stay in.
