I should add that this indicator does pick the exact top timewise and pricewise but it is pretty close. So even though we have crappy futures this morning, NDX can test and probe the top (exceed) if it wants but it is pretty dangerous to be long here when this indicator is in play. My NDX top target posted a few days ago is in play 1890-1905 (worked well yesterday--almost smack in the middle).
