No i think other forces at work. Also management did not do themselves any favour by not holding to their original time table. The may 11th timetable seems like a cave in to Katrix. They should have just said no and you have until the 30th to up the offer to what we want otherwise no deal. Yes the share would hve collapsed but at least they would have had some crediabilty.
