It was the first thing I thought about reading the new PR. C1 reserves are very close. Could be the same company but a new level of cooperation... Just a guess.

here more food for thought: what about CJSC NWOG just is involved, because of the need of a creditworthy company to secure or back the deal for the hidden buy out of this saratov-company by NWOG Inc.?

this would aim at the growth of NWOG, Inc value.

Very important :-) Called NWOG regarding the merger..wanted to know when it would be done..No specifics given yet but was told that NWOG President Ernest Malyshev is in Europe on a business trip. My speculation is that the big integrated company that would come out of the merger would be listed in Europe like we all wanted!!! I would speculate it would be a london based major..

4. Chances that BIG INTEGRATED is publicly traded in US are close to zero. It’s either private company (which would be my guess) or, if we are lucky enough to catch one of the majors, it’s traded in London or, at least, Russia. In both cases ADRs could be available on pink sheets. In any case I would assume that pink sheet stock NWOG.PK will be dead when/if merger is completed. Shareholders will receive either cash or some “stock substitution” for their shares. Old Parkin’s era will be over, and they (we) will live happily ever since. :)
