That is weird about Scottrade.
They have said repeatedly that their rules are consistent across the Board for all investors trading shares through them.
When looking at Scottrade and SOMPF it shows zero volume today, and my local contact told me that nothing traded today, and was unable to trade. Very bizarre if you are saying you traded through Scottrade TODAY. If you did, then I wonder if it is your trade that is being held up until they can get the real shares to settle the transaction? If so, maybe that is why it still shows zero volume until then?
It appears the matching of trades on the Grey sheets is not a smooth process to say the least. Whether that is due to logistics, or maybe a result of a big NSS issue is still to be figured out for sure.
