Editing a flash ad takes very little effort. Inserting whatever they want in the timeline of the SWF file is a minimal event. Whatever the implications you'ld like to assume would not have anything to do with difficulty or convenience of Flash ad production, IMO. I'm still perplexed about the black blank. The blank is not a void that you upload more data to. Flash Ads are replaced by other renditions completely but easily fixed or adjusted.
