I think they just put anything to do with Canadian companies in China that they could find through a Google search into that summary. Doubt if they talked to Kanno and if they did, what good would that do them?
Doubt if they even know that it's a gray with no money.
Why don;t you call Deloitte and see. It would be interesting to know what they know, or think they know.
