PASHA, someone dumping a stock at .11, which is red on the day, and they clearly own a lot because they're breaking their sells into 10,000 share blocks... for one, why would a big holder be dumping? For 2, why is it on the bid? And for 3, why is this stock red today if the buyout offer is legit? And look... another 10,000 share block... how ironic... is that you, is that why you're offended? Is the party here over?
What happens when the offer is rejected? Do they continue negotiations? This is playing out like a movie and it sucks not being on the inside looking out, but on the outside looking in. Wish I knew what was going on behind the scenes of this Russian mafia.
