the first two words in my post to you were "PURE SPECULATION" on my part........... a possible scenario which I believe is more likely than not........as far as what legal action you may need to take.......that is between you and your legal adviser.....and the only one to blame should that SCENARIO come to pass.....would be the management of RSDS.......good luck and I hope Mr.Berman CONFIRMS what Righty stated earlier.........that would erase all doubt and all concern from current shareholders minds......in fact it might cause a few non-shareholders to pick up a share or two.....and the REAL question is........WHY WONT MR.Berman Address this NASD issue?...take care
