R. Scot Sellers, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Archstone-Smith Trust (“ASN”), was quoted in a wire story released by Market News International on April 16, 2007. The article suggests that Mr. Sellers provided information about ASN’s financial results for the first quarter of 2007. In fact, Mr. Sellers was referring to our guidance for 2007, which was provided in our press release and on our earnings conference call held on February 1, 2007. He did not comment on ASN’s actual results for the first quarter of 2007. Actual financial results for the first quarter of 2007 will be disclosed in our earnings press release, which is scheduled for May 9, 2007
***This company is in the real estate buissness mostly. They are expected to report some decent numbers. My interest in it is a good option play for the June/$55 CALLS going into the earnings !!! I have 50 contracts @ avg of $1.35 over this past week !
I think the stock will rally in the coming weeks up till earnings date, and up some more a tad after that ! I would like to get $4.85+, when I cut loose my CALLS !!! Don't listen to me though, I only play the absolute worst stock...lol

(Nasdaq:FCEL) has announced that the underwriters of the company's public offering of 9,000,000 shares of common stock have closed on their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 365,000 shares of FuelCell Energy common stock and have concluded the offering.
