Early morning thinking here, but it sounds to me as if some of the puzzle pieces are coming together. I can think of a couple of different scenarios which may include Joint Ventures, Lease agreements, or flat out buyouts/acquistions. Who would they sell uranium to? Well, besides other major countries like China and Russia, our own government (Dept of Energy) might be interested...wouldnt that be wild, 30 yr contracts to have the right to buy uranium.
I think things are definitely starting to shape up on our ground breaking opportunity
