It doesn't take the Nasd that long to find something wrong and Berman would have complied just as soon as the got things in order. He may have had and attorney submit all that was requested. If anything would have been a red flag to the Nasd I am sure they would have had this trading of this stock halted already. Its not like they're looking into a major corporation and 10 million files.

What have they to review?

1. The mining claims and Berman has purchased more since that letter.

2. The survey done by the geologist and the property in question. Deals fall thru everyday for this reason or that. We don't know what this is all about. Berman will have to shed light on this without question and or the Nasd will.

3. All these claims appear to be in close proximtiy not somewhere in another county or state.

4. The documents filed with the Atomic enery commission. He could be waiting to hear back from them but the filing should be enough and the confirmation.

5. The bottom line all they really want is to see that the Prs and the claims bang up and what was paid for them during this capital raising.

6. I think again that the Nasd is gonna be impressed by what Berman has done. When they are convinced that he has been beyond and above board with everything that will be the end of it. They will wish him the best and thank him for his compliance.

7. Keep in mind that Berman has remained on course and has purchased more mining claims and raised the a/s since this letter. He wouldn't have done any of this if something was wrong or thought to be wrong. He would not have been granted this by the Sec if the Nasd during the inquiry raised any flags.

This is not litigation its just a question and answer session. We've got more now that we ever thought we would have no matter how we look at it. Berman has been on a tare and he may not be finished till he buys up most of Utah. LOL

In reality I think we are closing in on what Berman was seeking this year and the 504 will be nearing its completion. Also make note that the a/s is kinda like a credit card and its credit limit. The credit limit stays in tact till we make a transaction. If you have a CC you know the credit limit means nothing to any of us till we begin using the card.

What he has is a million limit.

A BB can do and S-8 filing and the sky is the limit. I wouldn't be to hard on a good pink. 5mn and a billion plus shares in one round. Come back next month and do it again.

In this case Berman only uses what he needs to obtain what he is after or has been after. In so doing the company now has some hard core assets. Not the kind of assets that is trendy today and not tomorrow. These assets will grow to be more and more valuable overtime. Not speculation its fact that Uranium has been on and uptrend for a long while and will be for the foreseeable future.
