I am out for the night as well.....and before I go here is some food for thought........There is the possibility that berman sent in the requested information by the deadline...and hopefully that is exactly what happened...only he can answer that....but the information MAY still be getting REVIEWED by the NASD.......and once again Mr.Berman could clarify that for everyone.......good night all........
I don't. I think Josh Bleak was behind this. All he had to stand on was that one Pr. He having a office and position sent this off to the Nasd and probably spoke with someone because of a dispute. They listened and decided to inquire. They are not taking Bleaks word for anything and if they make accusations without proof they themselves can be sued.
Its just and inquiry for crying out load. We have most if not all the pudding before us. There may be and amended pr but I don't see anything more to it than this.
Initially I didn't think we would ever own more than the 54 mining claims. What is all the frett about? Not likely that we are gonna be blasting on Monday. LOL
