Janice, My wife is listed in the summons as a joint tenant however she passed away in November 2005. She did not get a summons. Do you think they were aware of her passing. Do you think I should mention this in my response.

Probably a "legal" thing as explained to me.
But seems a bit combersome to split a joint account into two by the lawyers.
