Some outfits traded as much as 50,000 shares, for them it make sense to sue, my loss would not justify sending a letter joining the class action suit. They can count me out.... Out of RGLD here at $21.97 a very nice and fast $.60. Minutes earlier jumped on IBM at $90.87.

If they win the suit, it will be interesting to see what kind of worthless crap they come up with as "compensation" for the members of the class.
