You are probably correct. I may have been ranting a bit because I have been on the road since Tuesday. I probably should wait and see exactly what it says. I still do think that I need to say something to reserve the right to counter, just in case this goes further. There is simply no reason for that to happen, since I only bought, never sold and never ordered certs, but you never can be too safe. As of now we are assuming there is no malicious intent by Megas against us and that is most likely a safe assumption, but anyone who has been around these pennies long enough knows to never have blind trusdt.
Probably call an atty just to see if I need to make some sort of statement in my response, or if the right is inherent should things progress.
