rainman99pa I agree no R/S but for some reason, there are some on this board who believe a R/S can be a good thing or may be necessary. Why I don't know when the end result of a R/S is typical. People lose much much, much faster. The statment the company made about no R/S before was great for then. That was before massive diluting efforts began. I hope the same holds true now. This company can reduce the share amount by retirement or cancelling of shares too. less cost would be incurred.
