I just looked at I-HUBs historical pricing on WRNW and we've gone up about 300% in 4 weeks, not too bad. Lots of people sold on news yesterday.

504 is 100% done. All 1 million is in their hands.

The 504s are done and as I understand it much of the purchase will be done with conventional notes, financing and cash from income. If there are shares involved in the deal, it will be a small number so that nearly all, if not all dilution is finished. Further, there should also be a restriction on those few new shares as well as a trickle clause when they do become unrestricted.

The selling into news yesterday was just about as baseless and short-sighted as I can remember in my trading experience. I took advantage of it and now have increased my position and will hold for those double digits I know are coming.
