deertick, I think the share structure got out of control by shares given out to failed deals and desperate need for funds to continue operating when hoped-for expansions didn't happen. The products are great, but I don't know why the distribution has not developed by now.
Being listed isnt gonna make it a dollar stock by default. Its hard to compare Rush to Coke because Coke built its empire first and then issued excessive shares; Rush is doing the opposite (issuing shares to build the company, depending on who you ask) so there would have to be a buyback or RS to make them look better. But then they could always do it the hard way. If they can become the hit of the millenium (and there's still time cause its early yet:) and managed enough sales and earnings to support the 6 billion OS then they'll be alright that way too.
