contractor

excellent post

you've stated
way better than i ever could
exactly why i'm in this spec stock

i've also admired mr. bitter's frugality...
as well as his foresight--

it's a very telling quality
in an idividual as well as
a business owner...

i want someone who respects
their money
as well as mine...

i give every spec story stock i'm in
a minimum of 3 years --

but that's my perspective

and i'll use frpt as a point of reference

after years of volatility/going sideways/
and lots of other ... stuff
it went from the mid .50 cent range in dec of 2005
to being listed on the nasdaq on 1-18-2007

trust your instincts folks
and if you can
ignore the noise ... being generated--

best to all amep shareholders

Contractor,

Excellent post. A start up company like AMEP is like the fruits on a tree; they need time to ripe - but, of course, in a longer scale...

I have only one question and this is of academic interest. I'm not familiar with the expression in your post << with 2 fingers curling over the brass ring. >> Would you care to explain it to me? Thank you.

I would like also to thank you for your informative posts. Your knowledge on the oil patch and willingness to share it with us is much appreciated.

Contractor. I was wondering if you would help with a question I have. I see reports by you and others as well as your links to much wanted info. The question I ask is can you tell me what a GOOD well(vertical) does a day. I hear "in the wind" that the 11 is monster type so I was just curious what a well like this brings in to fund more(193), ( horizontal padgett #?) projects. How many barrels is good and what would a gusher be? thanks in advance.

OK Contractor

How many here can tell me how many man hours it takes to assemble NG pipe for a 1/2 mile run. What does that entail?, purchase of the pipe, delivery, grade excavation, surveying engineered lay out, county/state ordinances, land owner approval or protest, before 1 bolt is installed.

I have worked on this type or similiar projects many times from start to finish but not all phases. The simple answer is you can't give an answer because it varies project to project.
At least six months to twentyfour months before work starts.
Less if you're dealing with people you know. The bottom line is you know you have landowner approval and govt approval before you really start. Many a project has died from making a landowner mad.

This phase in not an issue and frankly never have should of been for a long time with AENP

I'm going by memory on this I could but don't choose look up the Pr'S.

Roughly August? of 2005 CB received the IDECO drilling rig.
Right then and there CB should of known where he was going to drill and pipe the gas away or truck away the oil. When Hurricane Katrina hit in September of 2005 they had a 3D Seismic crew available and they had it done on 2400 Barnett Shale acres which further confirms CB knew where he wanted to drill and should of been planning for the removal. In Feb. of 2006 I believe is when they started drilling? I expect well before Feb of 2006 they had a plan laid out for the 2400 acreas.

The proper staffing and money is more to the point. JC was brought in to sell partnerships in wells to fund the drilling.
In the Challenger PR it states CB was already talking to people about subing that rig out.

The BDC issue came in May of 2006? That's close I believe. Well after the Challenger PR and that has been settled in the Spring of 2007 by a shareholder.

What is going on with JC selling partnerships or subbing out of the Challenger?

The bottom line is did CB properly plan the staffing and
financing like he told shareholders?

Yes at one point in time CB did tell shareholders of a drilling plan. What happened?

Reply to this if you choose, I may not be around to read it.
Really this is not for you to answer and I don't need an answer from CB. He didn't do what he said he was going to do.
