Was there anything in that report concerning this from the AMEP website? This has been going on a long time...
The Company may face certain contingent liabilities as a result of potential actions by the SEC or others against the Company. As of the date of this report, management could not reasonably estimate such contingent liabilities, if any. The outcome of the above matter could have a significant impact on our ability to continue as a going concern.
I do and have valued your knowledge and information as it is without question some of the best. I just do not see the a light at the end of that tunnel with what has happened of late, and by of late, I mean the last few weeks.( since the votes) I as well as many who have been a staunch believer in this co. crave for a response. We held with so much to look forward to back when. ( maybe to even when the first drill was named so appropriately). I would buy the paper but would not do it justice to comprehend all it said as well as you or some of the other informed around here.
