As far as my memory goes there were 2 bil shares authorised.
The authorised grew to 2.5 bil.
Outstanding was 2 bil, later 2.25, now 2.5
Float grew from 380 mil to 410, to 425 now 450.

My point is that there were never 1.5 bil shares out.
If my memory does not fail me, 2 bil were issued from inception
of the company.

Yeah. But it's been hanging in there for some reason. Weird...z
