that's the one that caught my eye as well...as more docs adopt combo therapy the landscape one day very well may look like a tenofovir/adefovir plus entecavir/telbivudine regimen(although tenofovir is going to be more potent than adefovir so it will likely be the nucleotide of choice in such a scenario)
