For Quin to play games,
1/He needs to have shares.
2/To borrow/shares and play short
3/To naked short.

Whether # 2 or #3 he will have to cover
his position by buying in at a later stage.

If # 1 is applicable, QUIN got the shares
directly or indirectly from one of the
major IDTA shareholders.

Now that we know the float was recently
increased, what do you think happened ?
