Is it not a new 4 month low on CELL? Seems to have broken all support. I thought new lows beget new lows (g)!

Nada on the CELL discount. I'll take my lumps here and try again later. Out at 19 for 1.73 and 2.30 (edit:that should read 2.75 ...bigger OUCH)loss. Ouch!
