Slop: I thought I would wait a day or three, until the meds sort of cleared out of my system, to mention this: What is the N.E. State? ( are you comfortable in mentioning it ). I have someone I can ask details about that to. They helped me clarify the LA case back in May/June ( as far as DNAP's closed mouth, and appropriately so, agreement with the LA Authorities on the "NC" mode. I can try to get more..but can't really go fishing without a license so to speak.
