MGB, The date on the top is when the report was oredered, I believe. Look at the doc... it's for a corp from Aug 31 2006.
And I'm not so much commenting on there being two corporations; we already know there are. But the 2nd one looks like it may have been formed on Aug 31 2006... and 6 days later the company issued a PR, which at the time confused everyone, that Kahn was CEO. Nobody knew at the time that he was an officer of a DIFFERENT corp which was just formed. That's my point. It all makes more sense, but the company was still calling itself Sulja BROS Building Supplies in the PRs.
