Updated tr8 : You may want to ask 2c that. His constant claims of 'shorts' and manipulation should make it a litle more clear. Somebody continually 'sells' AURC everyday at such low levels.
You don't have to own a stock to sell it. The shorts would come down on SGDM like vultures if it is the suitor. Whether it is shorts or not with AURC I don't know. If it was, it would make sense, if it wasn't it would make sense. Hope that was clear enough. And no, one more time I have never or will never short AURC. SGDM, I may be willing to make an exception to that rule though I doubt it ;-)
By the way tr8dervic, thanks for that insightful response (37401). So full of good analysis as usual. haha Yes, I read the other one. Those equations are laughable in my opinion and pretty much meaningless. You talk about homework and then present equations like that to figure out a buyout ratio? That pretty much says it all. The market perceives AURC as a scam. Any company that acquires them or merges with them will get the same thing. What does SGDM giving a 1 for 4 deal matter if SGDM goes to 30 cents a share?
